Except green chillies and curry leaves marinate the chicken with other ingredients.
Marinate for 2-3 hours.
Heat oil and deep fry the chicken pieces and keep aside.
Heat 1 tsp oil another Kadhai, add chillies and curry leaves saute for while. Add beaten curd , salt, pinch of sugar, 1/4 tsp Orange red colour and mix it . Add fried chicken pieces.
